The film is about a beautiful young girl, Katie, who comes to New York to become a model. But all her dreams are shattered after she is raped, severely tortured and abused, after which she is taken to an unknown country, where she is buried alive. Having miraculously escaped death, the girl decides to take very harsh revenge on her offenders, doing to them what they did to her.
